Boligportal.dk Provides Free Access To The Actual Sales Prices On Properties
As of today, all users on BoligPortal.dk have access to the actual sales prices of all properties sold since 1992. The National Agency for Enterprise and Construction has given permission to make the actual sales prices freely available. Therefore it is no longer required that users register before having access to the sales prices.
The actual sales prices are a powerful tool that gives consumers an overview of the actual price level in a given area. Whether you want to sell or buy a property, the actual sales prices are one of the best objective tools.
In the autumn Boligportal.dk was the first to provide the availability of the actual sales prices to consumers.
- To be able to see through the housing market, buyers must have access to the actual sales prices. It is the only way for them to estimate the price level, when selling properties, says Managing Director of Boligportal.dk, Henrik Løvig, and continues:
