The bamboo shades are then hung in a sunny place to dry naturally. In removing really tough mildew or other fungal growth, bleach or anti fungal agent may be used.
Now a days, bamboo shades are found in various plait designs and colors although the most popular is brown or tan. They may also have fine embroidery or other artwork to enhance their beauty. In addition, they are also available as roll up blinds or as roman blinds.
